This two-day mental health first aid course qualifies delegates as Mental Health First Aiders. Delegates will be awarded the FutureQuals Level 3 Award in Mental Health: Workplace First Aider qualification, which will equip them with the knowledge to identify those who require mental health support and the confidence to offer assistance when required. This qualification is designed and delivered by St John Ambulance.

To book a course if you could please ask delegates, or line managers to e-mail me the following information;
- Delegates full name
- Delegates e-mail address
- Course date & venues you would like to attend
- The Organisation they are from
- The care community they are from
The delegate will be e-mailed all the course information, including confirmation letter, joining instructions, map to the training venue and certificate on completion and passing the course. The certificate may take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
The other consideration I would ask is that the course costs are usually £300 + vat per delegate, so we would ask that once the course is booked if delegates could please let us know as soon as possible if they can not attend, as cancellation charges may apply for none attendance. If a delegate can’t attend, we are happy to swap the place to another delegate free of charge, again if we could be advised of the name change, or this can be arranged on the day of the course if a last minute swap was needed, please advise the trainer on the day of the course.
