This workshop will explore health inequalities
experienced by those who are learning
disabled and how a GP Annual Health Check
from aged 14+ can be an opportunity to
identify unmet health needs.
This workshop is suited but not limited to
professionals including:
Consultant Paediatricians, General Practice staff,
SEND leads, community nursing, school staff,
commissioning leads, safeguarding leads and
transition leads.
